Services
1.1 The Company commits to delivering professional cleaning services as mutually agreed with the Customer, encompassing residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, and any other services specified in the agreement.
1.2 The Company will exert reasonable efforts to execute the services at a high standard and in adherence to industry best practices.
Payment:
2.1 The Customer undertakes to remunerate the Company the predetermined fees for the provided services. Payment terms, including frequency and method, will be delineated in the agreement.

Cancellation and rescheduling
3.1 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required from the Customer to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. Insufficient notice may incur a cancellation fee.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Efforts will be made to inform the Customer and arrange an alternative appointment.
Liability and insurance
4.1 The Company holds liability insurance to safeguard against damages caused by its personnel. However, it is not liable for damages from pre-existing conditions, inherent risks, or acts beyond its control.
4.2 The Customer must notify the Company of valuable items before services. While exercising reasonable care, the Company is not responsible for damage or loss of such items.
Holiday charges and cover:
5.1 Holidays exceeding two weeks will be chargeable at 50% of the agreed-upon service fees.
5.2 The Company is obligated to find a replacement unless the Customer expresses a preference otherwise, ensuring continuous service provision.
Confidentiality
6.1 Acknowledging potential exposure to sensitive information, the Company commits to treating such data as confidential. It will not disclose or use the information for any purpose other than the agreed-upon services, unless mandated by law.
Termination
7.1 Either party can terminate this Agreement with written notice. Outstanding payments must be settled before termination takes effect.
7.2 Termination does not exempt the Customer from settling payments for services rendered prior to termination.
No exchange of contact information
8.1 The Customer agrees not to exchange personal contact information with the cleaners provided by the Company.
Non-Hiring clause
9.1 The Customer agrees not to employ or engage the services of any cleaner provided by the Company for a period of three years from the last day of cleaning. Breach of this clause gives the Company the right to pursue legal action.
Governing law and jurisdiction:
10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of [Jurisdiction] courts.
Entire agreement
11.1 This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the Company and the Customer, superseding any prior agreements. By engaging the Company’s services, the Customer affirms having read, comprehended, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
